Echos information:
Are you audition ready? You will need 16-32 bars of a prepared song. Sheet music is required. You may want to schedule a few private voice lessons in preparation of the auditions. Performers will need to be prepared to go through a jazz audition as well with proper attire, hair, and shoes.
If selected, Echos team members will have to be enrolled in Children’s Choir and in a Jazz Class here at VSPA in addition to Echos rehearsal times.
Echos will perform 2-3 times within the 6 month commitment. This will be an excellent training ground for performers interested in expanding their skills.
Class sizes are limited! Enroll early and ensure your spot in class. Available online, in the office, by email, or phone. (Note: The office opens at 3:00pm)

Costume Parade Week is a chance for the teachers to inspect costumes, tights, shoes, hair, etc to make sure the performers are ready for the Holiday Impromptu. This will serve as participating classes Dress Rehearsal.

We would like to take a day to asses the students’ levels and make sure everyone is placed in the correct class for the First Session of 2019. Our three Ballet Department teachers will all be in attendance: Ms. Jingle, Miss Kyla, and Ms. Haihua. The dancers should come prepared to take a class – tights, buns, etc.
