We will be closed for Memorial Day.
Tuition is based on a four-week month. Five-week months will be applied to studio holidays or vacation days. (This Excludes Private Lessons)
It is the responsibility of the student to make-up missed classes within a month from when the closure occurred. Make-up classes may not be taken in the same class in which the absence occurred. Make-up lessons are non-transferable. Due to class size limitations please call to verify availability and schedule make-up.
Voucher Codes
As a courtesy this year we will be distributing Voucher codes for the Showcase. Every VSPA family is entitled to 1 voucher code for pre-sale ticket purchases. The Voucher will allow families to pre-purchase a total of 5 Tickets to the Summer Showcase only during the Voucher Pre-Sale Period. Don’t Lose The Voucher Code.
How it will work:
Starting May6th, One Voucher Per Family (with a Participating child(ren) only) will be distributed at VSPA. (Tuition & Costumes will need to have been paid in full to get a voucher) This one voucher can be redeemed at The Lewis Family Playhouse Online Box Office to purchase 5 Tickets total during the Voucher Pre-sale Period.
In the early years, some families were not able to get tickets to the showcase. As a courtesy, we worked out a system that will allow 5 tickets to be purchased as a pre-sale for participating families. The pre-sale will be available for 2 weeks. The 5 tickets are for all Five performances, not 5 tickets per performance. Once the Public Sale begins, additional tickets may be purchased to the performances.
Voucher Pre-Sale Period will Begin on Wednesday, May 15th 1:00pm at the Lewis Family Playhouse Online Box Office. (Pre-sale period Wednesday, May 15th – Thursday, May 30th)
Public ticket sales will begin on Friday, May 31st 1:00pm at the Lewis Family Playhouse Box Office. At this time additional tickets may be purchased to the performances without the Vouchers.
ALL Tickets will be: $22
Anyone attending a performance must have a ticket regardless of age. This is due to Lewis Family Playhouse Policy and Fire Department Safety.

We have come up with this Voucher System, along with the Playhouse, to ensure that parents will get the opportunity to see their child perform in the showcase. We hope that this system is appreciated as a benefit to all of our families.

~Prepare 16 bars of a song & bring sheet music! A short combination and across the floor series is included in audition. Bring your Jazz shoes!!
~Here is the 2024-2025 E3 Music Audition Material for the Harmony portion. Learn all 3 parts. You will be asked to demonstrate at least 2 parts of the song selected by Mr. Frank.
Wear your costume to class and come camera ready! It’s our Costume Parade/Photo Week. Teachers will spot check costumes, hair, tights, shoes, etc. Group photos will be taken by a professional photographer on site (Main Campus) and be available for purchase! You may also sign up for individual photos with the photographer.
New Class Session begins July 11th.
- Tuition is due at the beginning of the month. Tuition received after the 7th is subject to a $12 Late fee. Tuition received after the 14th is subject to an additional $5 late fee. (Total of $17). Tuition is non-refundable once student has begun attending their registered class(es).

- The returned check fee is $25.
- An Annual Session Registration fee of $36 will be charged for each student enrolled in classes.
- All private lessons will be paid in advance at the beginning of each month and is non-refundable.

Make-up lessons are non-transferable. Make-up lessons must be scheduled with the Front Desk and are subject to availability.
- Students (or parents) may not be in a classroom without an instructor’s presence or permission.
- Only bottled water is allowed in classrooms/studios.
- Email is VSPA’s main form of mass communication. Add info@vspa.net to your address book. I will read all pertinent communications.
- Entering VSPA Buildings you Agree Not to hold Valverde School of Performing Arts Owners, Staff, Teachers, and Volunteers liable for exposure to any illness while on the premises.
- It is the parent’s responsibility to call or email the office if you wish to drop a class. Tuition will be charged until the office is informed.
- I hereby grant permission to Valverde School of Performing Arts representatives, to take and use: photographs, video and/or digital images of me & my child for use in news releases and/or educational materials. These materials might include printed or electronic publications, Web sites or other electronic communications. I further agree that our names and identities may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s). I authorize the use of these images & video without compensation to me. All negatives, prints, digital reproductions shall be the property of Valverde School of Performing Arts.
- There are NO REFUNDS for any Costume the Valverde School of Performing Arts orders for you.
- I agree to inform Valverde School of Performing Arts anytime my child will be unable to participate in a show / event. I also understand that if this is past the Opt-Out deadline, fees will still be assessed and I will be responsible for payment.

Every show parents will need to reacquaint themselves with VSPA Volunteer protocol. Miss Lexie will lead the General Meeting and then it will be followed with smaller Break Out groups based on your stations. At the end of the meeting, volunteers will sign Volunteer Agreements. Those NOT in attendance are subject to reading the Volunteer Guides on their own time, must turn in the Volunteer Agreement to the front office/desk, and pass an online quiz based on the Volunteer Guides.
Last Day of Group Classes for the 23/24 Season. This season is now officially in Tech Rehearsals at the Lewis Family Playhouse.
