We will be closed for Easter Weekend.
Tuition is based on a four-week month. Five-week months will be applied to studio holidays or vacation days. (This Excludes Private Lessons)
It is the responsibility of the student to make-up missed classes within a month from when the closure occurred. Make-up classes may not be taken in the same class in which the absence occurred. Make-up lessons are non-transferable.

OPENER/CLOSER:
If your child wishes to participate in the opening & closing numbers there will be additional rehearsals for the learning of those pieces. There will also be a $40 fee to cover the cost of a show T-shirt, which will serve as their costume, and rehearsal time. You will provide Black Bottoms & Black Jazz shoes. Fee is due APRIL 6th by 1pm.

Vouchers, Costumes, and Tech! Oh my!
New to VSPA? First Summer Showcase? New to the Jr. age group? Have questions and feeling overwhelmed? Come join us for an in depth discussion with veteran VSPA parents. They will give you insight, answer questions, and help in any way possible.

Vouchers
As a courtesy this year we will be distributing Vouchers for the Showcase. Every VSPA family is entitled to 1 voucher for pre-sale ticket purchases. The Voucher will allow families to pre-purchase a total of 5 Tickets to the Summer Showcase only during the Voucher Pre-Sale Period. Don’t Lose The Voucher.
How it will work:
In May, One Voucher Per Family (with a Participating child(ren) only) will be distributed at VSPA. (Tuition & Costumes will need to have been paid in full to get a voucher) This one voucher can be redeemed at The Lewis Family Playhouse Box Office to purchase 5 Tickets total during the Voucher Pre-sale Period.
In the early years, some families were not able to get tickets to the showcase. As a courtesy, we worked out a system that will allow 5 tickets to be purchased as a pre-sale for participating families. The pre-sale will be available for 2 weeks. The 5 tickets are for all Six performances, not 5 tickets per performance. Once the Public Sale begins, additional tickets may be purchased to the performances.
Voucher Pre-Sale Period will Begin on Saturday, May 18th at the Lewis Family Playhouse Box Office. (Pre-sale period Saturday, May 18th – Friday, May 31st)
Public ticket sales will begin on Saturday, June 1st at the Lewis Family Playhouse Box Office. At this time additional tickets may be purchased to the performances without the Vouchers.
Tickets will be: $20.00 (Ages 13+)
$18 (Ages 0 – 12)
Anyone attending a performance must have a ticket regardless of age. This is due to Lewis Family Playhouse Policy and Fire Department Safety.

We have come up with this Voucher System, along with the Playhouse, to ensure that parents will get the opportunity to see their child perform in the showcase. We hope that this system is appreciated as a benefit to all of our families.
