Voucher Codes
As a courtesy this year we will be distributing Voucher codes for the Showcase. Every VSPA family is entitled to 1 voucher code for pre-sale ticket purchases. The Voucher will allow families to pre-purchase a total of 4 Tickets to the Summer Showcase only during the Voucher Pre-Sale Period. Don’t Lose The Voucher Code.
How it will work:
Starting May 1st, One Voucher Per Family (with a Participating child(ren) only) will be distributed at VSPA. (Tuition & Costumes will need to have been paid in full to get a voucher) This one voucher can be redeemed at The Lewis Family Playhouse Online Box Office to purchase 4 Tickets total during the Voucher Pre-sale Period.
In the early years, some families were not able to get tickets to the showcase. As a courtesy, we worked out a system that will allow 4 tickets to be purchased as a pre-sale for participating families. The pre-sale will be available for 2 weeks. The 4 tickets are over all Five performances, not 4 tickets per performance. Once the Public Sale begins, additional tickets may be purchased to the performances.
Voucher Pre-Sale Period will Begin on Tuesday, May 13th 12:00pm at the Lewis Family Playhouse Online Box Office. (Pre-sale period Tuesday, May 13th – Thursday, May 29th)
Public ticket sales will begin on Friday, May 30th 12:00pm at the Lewis Family Playhouse Box Office. At this time additional tickets may be purchased to the performances without the Vouchers.
ALL Tickets will be: $25 (online convenience fees not included)

We have come up with this Voucher System, along with the Playhouse, to ensure that parents will get the opportunity to see their child perform in the showcase. We hope that this system is appreciated as a benefit to all of our families.

Come join us for an in depth discussion with Ms. Lexie, former VSPA student, VSPA dance teacher, and now VSPA Director of Accounts and Operations. She will give you insight, answer questions, and help in any way possible.

OPENER/CLOSER:
If your child wishes to participate in the opening & closing numbers there will be additional rehearsals for the learning of those pieces. There will also be a $50 fee to cover the cost of a show T-shirt, which will serve as their costume, and rehearsal time. You will provide Black Bottoms & Black Jazz shoes. Fee is due APRIL 5th by 8pm.

USING YOUR SHOWCASE VOUCHER
Here is the process in which parents will need to purchase your tickets online. You can still purchase over the phone or in person, but call wait times over the phone might be long in the beginning, and they may need to hang up and keep trying.
- Click on the link: https://tickets.lewisfamilyplayhouse.com
- For the presale, these shows will not appear on the list of events until a promotion code is entered.
- Promo codes are one time use and will become invalid after a purchase has been made with them.
- To enter a code on a phone, they will need to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page (pic 1). To enter a code on a desktop, it is towards the top on the left (pic 2). I have attached pictures:

Every show parents will need to reacquaint themselves with VSPA Volunteer protocol. Miss Lexie will lead the General Meeting and then it will be followed with smaller Break Out groups based on your stations. At the end of the meeting, volunteers will sign Volunteer Agreements. Those NOT in attendance are subject to reading the Volunteer Guides on their own time, must turn in the Volunteer Agreement to the front office/desk, and pass an online quiz based on the Volunteer Guides.
