OPENER/CLOSER:
If your child wishes to participate in the opening & closing numbers there will be additional rehearsals for the learning of those pieces. There will also be a $35 fee to cover the cost of a show T-shirt, which will serve as their costume, and rehearsal time. Fee is due APRIL 21st by 1pm.

Ernie Grunwald, studied Theater with an international faculty at the University of Toronto. His first featured television role was a series regular on The High Life, produced by David Letterman for HBO, before landing major roles on ABC’s Two of a Kind and It’s Like, You Know. He has been featured on many notable series such as Grey’s Anatomy, Supernatural, Psych, Bones, The Mentalist, The Secret Life of the American Teenager, Monk, and a long list of comedies including Two and a Half Men, Friends, My Name Is Earl, Weeds, as well as popular kids programs and films such as ANT Farm, Hannah Montana, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and It Takes Two. Ernie received a Gemini Award (Canadian Emmy) for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for his lead role as Larry opposite Jason Priestley on the critically acclaimed series Call Me Fitz, and has received multiple nominations for Outstanding Actor at the Monte Carlo Television Festival.

As a courtesy, we will be distributing Vouchers at the beginning of May for the Summer Showcase. The Voucher will allow families to pre-purchase 5 Tickets to the Summer Showcase only during the Voucher Pre-Sale Period. Don’t Lose The Voucher.
How it will work:
Beginning to mid-May One Voucher Per Family with a Participating child(ren) only will be distributed at VSPA. (Tuition & Costumes will need to have been paid in full to get a voucher) This one voucher can be redeemed at The Lewis Family Playhouse Box Office to Purchase 5 Tickets total during the Voucher Pre-sale Period.
In previous years, some families were not able to get tickets to the showcase. As a courtesy, we worked out a system that will allow 5 tickets to be purchased as a pre-sale for participating families. The pre-sale will be available for 2 weeks. The 5 tickets are for all Six performances, not 5 tickets per performance. Once the Public Sale begins, additional tickets may be purchased to the performances.
Voucher Pre-Sale Period will Begin on Friday, May 18th at the Lewis Family Playhouse Box Office. (Pre-sale period Friday, May 18th- Thursday, May 31st)
Public ticket sales will begin on Friday, June 1st at the Lewis Family Playhouse Box Office. At this time additional tickets may be purchased to the performances without the Vouchers.
Tickets will be $18.00 Each – All Ages
Anyone attending a performance must have a ticket regardless of age. This is due to the cost of the theater rental, Lewis Family Playhouse Police and Fire Department Safety.
